Abuja - Gunmen are alleged to have attacked members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State during a victory party on Wednesday, PUNCH reports. Taiwo Olatunbosun, APC Publicity Secretary in the State, has alleged that the attackers arrived in three Toyota Hilux vans, each accompanied by police officials. Olatunbosun has accused Governor Ayodele Fayose, along with the police, for the attack and said that the attack was orchestrated by officials within Government House in order to stifle celebrations in the State. Also read: Britain calls for peaceful transition in Nigeria. Fayose, however, has rubbished the claims, and has described the development as a plan hatched by the APC in order to make it seem like they were attacked by an outside entity. According to Olatubosun, the attackers carried guns, cutlasses and axes, and shot at the victims relentlessly, damaging five vehicles in the process. Olatunbuson has mentioned Femi, Basiru, Ayo and Opeyemi as the alleged leaders of the attack. see how to get free 5000mb at WWW.Naijacheatshome. now!!!!!!! |
