It is no news that the unemployment rate in the country is extremely high. Over 70% of school leavers are unemployed or under-employed, it has also been advised widely for graduates to diversify and be creative to be an employer of labour or take up a volunteer job which comes with little or no monetary gain but with an escape from the ''sit at home'' or ''do nothing'' cage coupled with increased work experience. It is on this basis the process of taking up a volunteer job is required. Contributions on this are welcome in relation to different sectors of the country.
