The Simpliest And The Easiest Way To Generate Business Capital by Primenet(m): 9:57pm On Jan 23, 2009
You will aggree with me that is a lot of unemplyment and everybody is complaining of unemployment in this country. Those that are working are lowly paid. They get all sorts of insult upon that. Those that are working under the government are better than those that are working with private establishment, but still, it is to enough. We are all aware of the menacing effect of inflation and scarcity of commodity. Your money buys lesser quantity of goods every day. However, your salary increases only once a year or it’s peg on the same spot for several years.

Time will come when only those people running their own business will not be beggars. Especially with the present poorly remunerated working condition. However, good numbers of people are now becoming aware of this stock fact. There is a rush at registering sons. Daughters and Brothers Company as business names. The rate of exits from paid employment will exceed their entry. However, what matters is not the number of business names you have registered as your own, but business capital you put into your business.

Many have been fustrated out of business just because of capital

Most often, people tend to classify cash (money) and capital as being one the same thing. They are not. Lack of understanding of the difference between the two has led to much of the pain that beginning entrepreneurs suffer in the process of realising their dream of becoming a business owner.

Cash and Capital - what is the difference?

Cash. This is liquid money. Raw cash. It is the amount of money in your bank that you can spend to buy whatever you like at the time you want to. It is money that is not already committed to any future expenditure, like setting a bill. With this cash in your pocket, you are a king. Your are in a position to take any available opportunity.

For example, someone is putting his house on the market because he has an urgent financial need that he may want to exchange the house for. And so, a house that should go for N 19,500,000 is put on the market for less than 50% of what the actually value  is. That is a golden opportunity. And only the person who has liquid cash can take advantage of it. Even if you have ten billion naira worth of land or house, you cannot buy that particular house, unless you find a way of selling off your land or house quicker than the man who puts his house on sale.

Capital. Unlike cash, capital represents many things. Among them are cash, land, house, stock, goodwill, ideal, experience and so on. Anything that can be given a value, whether it is tangible or not, is a capital. The other word for capital  is asset. This means that if you have a bankable idea, and you don’t have money, you can put a value to that idea and it will represent your capital in a new company that is forming.

You can see from the foregoing that you may not have the cash, but the fact that you have a bankable idea means that you have an asset (or capital) that can be invested. It is also clear that what is most important to anyone who wants to achieve financial independence is not the cash, which most people don’t have at the beginning of their enterpreurial journey.

Now let assume you have a very sound idea of a particular product or service and you need cash to actually role out some other things. You can raise that capital without the help of your uncle, brother, sister, parent even your friends.

Here I can be of help to you.
