Hello
I recharged DSTV to be able to follow election, since Saturday till date I have not been able to get through.
I have spent much calling them but am have not having access to their agent.
I have done web and mobile reset but none worked.
The only option is to go to their office but dont have the time and I heard that their offices are not functioning properly because of network.

Please is there any other way I get can get my dstv work without wasting much time before my 1 month is over.

I tried checking their site see the picture I got attached below.
