Can anybody help me with a reliable engineer that will help me replace the laptop screen for HP envy 15t in Owerri area?

The display is touch enabled but from what I understand, the touch part of the monitor is separate from the the display itself that renders objects. So, I was able to buy a screen or the laptop on Amazon now I need an engineer to help me fix it.

Do you know any good engineers who can handle or have handled this kind of job before in Owerri or neighboring cities?
