Execution of Nigeria ICT Policy is extending Technology Spending by the public sector, considered one of the industry's top spenders, a new report of the African landscape has indicated.

Nigeria, in the same way as a few rising African economies are progressively grasping IT service solution in a bid to back their development initiatives. Latest updates released today by International Data Corporation (IDC) has demonstrated. IDC noticed that the government vertical in Africa is turning into one of the greatest financial investor in ICT as a rule, and IT services specifically. "Governments in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Botswana, and somewhere else are actualizing national ICT policies that are driving the adoption of technology," Lise Hagen, research manager for software and IT services at IDC South Africa says.
