Dear Oba,

"La Rinconada" is a small mining town in the Peruvian Andes, South America, located nearly 17,000 feet above sea level

La Rinconada is considered the “highest” city in the world, and it is this stunning geography that makes it so desolate. The city is located on a permanently frozen glacier, and can only be reached by truck via treacherous and winding mountain roads.
Just reaching the city takes days, and even then altitude sickness, combined with the shantytown’s deplorable condition, means that few people can handle living there for long.

Still, the town is said to have as many as 30,000 inhabitants "including the IGBOs", almost all of whom are involved in the business of mining gold, which is extracted from beneath the ice inside nearby caverns, as well as other businesses.

Why am I coming up with this, using La Rinconada being one of the "Most Remote" places in the world as a case study.
It's simple!
Just so that as the Oba of Lagos, you know that the IGBOs can survive anywhere in world including "The Lagos Lagoon".
As a matter of fact, one of the IGBO business men is already planning to ship in a very big Yacht where he'll be having a shopping mall and other businesses in it.

"Nnamdi Lagoon Mall" as the shopping mall would be called, is definitely going to be the first mall in the Lagos Lagoon soon as you relocate IGBOs after this Saturday, because it's most likely that Jimmy Agbaje will win. So let His Royal Highness, the Oba of Lagos, not worry himself at all, as plans are already being put in place to make the Lagos Lagoon a home away from home for the IGBOs and other international communities.
Also know that we'll equally relocate Alaba international and Ladipo market to the Lagoon, you know what that would mean.

I would want to sincerely thank you for the opportunity given the IGBOs to create a new world at the Lagos Lagoon. Onye isi ndewo!

Good fathers/elders are known to teach, correct, advise, built and gather together, not to scatter what our anscentors built with their blood!
Very soon we shall start seperating elders who are stil with napkin and feeding bottles in their mouth as to enable them grow up for once!
For those with evil motives our God will continue exposing them by the day.
They will never succeed with evil plans!
