Look at Akwa Ibom's Federal allocation bigger than any other states in Nigeria. The state enjoyed PDP's partnership. See what Lagos and Kano were collecting (picture below) despite being the most populated states in the federation, with higher remittance to FG and IGR Do you want to starve Lagos again by making it an opposition to the Federal government? Akwa Ibom revenue is more than 3 times that of Kano, while kano civil servants should be more than 3 times that of Akwa Ibom. Me think if Akwa Ibom revenue is managed as that of Kano, the state would have been completely transformed. Also taking into consideration the small population of Bayelsa, is there suppose to be any poor man there.. South South governors are the biggest thieves.
