Obesity is one of the most significant public health problems mostly in the United states of America.

According to WHO ” Overweight or Obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. Overweight and obesity are major risk factors for a number of chronic diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer.”The causes of being overweight is the imbalance in the diet (calories) you take and the one that you exhaust. To lose more of your weight and also to control your body weight there are some things you must do and things you must avoid :

Drink Enough Water :[color=#990000][/color]

water is very important to the body system. Being fully hydrated provides energy and also aids easy digestion of foods.

Drink Lemon Juice :

drinking lemon provides vitamin C, electrolytes and antioxidants for your body. Lemon also helps alkalize the body which promotes good health and make lose weight easier.

Reduce Sugar and Fat Intake :

taking more sugar and fat containing foods will cause trouble to health. So take less sugar and fat food.

Eat Vegetables :

vegetables contain many important nutrients for energy and well being. If you eat plenty of raw vegetables every day you will be providing your body with some minerals like potassium, iron, and also Vitamins and Protein. Eating cooked or raw vegetables also keeps your digestive system healthy. With all these you will be promoting your body’s well-being and also saving your body from been obesed.
