I have read every comment and every single line including your source (using the link provided), but no where was any political party mentioned in relation this claim of thumb printed ballot papers.

Looking at the ballot papers carefully, the thumb printing was done for APC not PDP. Reason is that the parties are arranged alphabetically and the thumb print is closer to letter a than it is to letter p below. Just look again.
