Breaking News: Yero Concedes Defeat, Calls El-Rufai Out going Kaduna state governor, Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero has conceded defeat to his rival, Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai of All Progressives Congress (APC). Samuel Aruwan, spokesperson of Kaduna State APC Campaign Council disclosed. According to Aruwan, Yero who conceded defeat called Malam El-Rufai at around 3:00 pm. He congratulated El-Rufai and wish him success.
