This would have been a different case if PDP had produced an Odein Ajumogobia as their candidate. So deeply entrenched in outright senility is the PDP that they had to offer the Rivers people an unlettered thug in the person of Wike.

If they were as popular as they claimed, why not let the elections be free and fair so that the losing faction will congratulate the winners and move on? The fact remains that PDP knew they could not win and so they wrestled the mantle of leadership by employing the military, police, cultists and INEC officials to do their biddings. The election tribunal will redress this ill.
