I want to create a static page on my wordpress site with carrington themes but its not fruitful. Please help me solve it. See site demo

http://health.x20.in i change it to static page in Settings > Reading but still not working . The page i assigned as the static page is not showing the article i posted inside it.

all this is inside the wordpress dashboard.if you want to create a page, then you go to page option from your dashboard and create one.then you can decide to link it to your nav bar/menu bars.
