Batman is incredible no doubt, but Black panther is a beast. While Bruce has been training since his teens, The King has been training all his life. Couple with his god damn suit and superhuman strength, speed and agility (that can rival spider mans), coordination and stamina. His a foe batman won't survive fighting if they both met unprepared. While Bruce is a master tactician, T' Challa is also right up there too.

Prepared however now that could go either way as Batman is truly something. But the longer the fight progress the more likely Black panther would win as he can outlast Bruce due to his superhuman stamina.

This scenario is without prep time. T'Chala may outlast Batman if the duration of the fight goes longer, but hey, Batman knows all the Martial arts and fighting skills in the world. As a genius, it won't be difficult for him to figure out on time that T'Chala is more durable cuz of the herbs. So, he will end the fight as quickly as possible, or bomb T'Chala back to the stone age!!!
