Can't get my LG E970 Optimus phone to configure into hotspot for my other devices even when I change the sim. It says:

Do it without your hotspot shield/vpn. Second your phone is branded to either verizon/sprint etc those branded unlocked phones hv there hotspot options blocked Go to playstore there are lot of apps to help you out and mk the hotspot work |

Yes. it is branded to AT& T. I have tried using Tethering Bees and other applications from Google PlayStore to no avail Which one is hotspot shield/vpn? How do I turn it off? |

next to your Etisalat Logo, That symbol seems like a VPN/hotspot Shield, switch it off |
