Please be advised that the estate is not currently operational, its a proposed estate in a totally virgin area of ibeju lekki lcda in lagos, its a capital investment plan and not something you can buy and develope immediately, but something to purchase now that the property is still cheap before the full operation of the big establishments in the area( the proposed lekki intl airport, pan-atlantic university permanent undergraduate campus, eleganza industrial city, dangote refinery, the lekki free trade zone, etc) drive the price up.
