When you start the application and state the age of each child, they will attach the IMM to each of them. And at the top of each page it will tell you who is eligible to fill it

Goodafternoon House, please based on the medical request from IRCC for a friend, she did it at IOM, she called IOM and they told her the day it was sent, do you all think is ideal she includes the date it was sent to IRCC in the letter she's writing to IRCC and also attaching the medical sheet.

I want to go ahead and apply for sowp

Also for sowp..does he have to stay and work? What if he just wants to visit and go..can he?

There is no option for Spouse Open Work Permit on the new portal unless it has just been added.

We are family of 5, my husband left for Canada early September 2022 and we waited for him to stay 3 months before we put in our application.

We submitted application for SOWP for me and 3 visit visas for our 3 children ages 8, 6, and 2. Our PPR dropped this morning 28th of February 2023.

Our Timelines
Confirmation of online submission - 30th November 2022
Biometrics completed for me - 6th December 2022
We did upfront medical on the 22nd of November 2022 and was passed on the 25th of January 2023

Eligibility didn't start until we received PPR this morning.

I just received a refusal for my SOWP...IRCC stated that I did not meet the requirements for the "International Mobility Program"

I am a bit confused because I applied for SOWP or is it the same thing as International Mobility program.

Please someone should help with an answer coz I'm really confused

Okay. Please apply for GCMS Notes ASAP.

This might seem useless (it might not even work) but I've seen it work on two different occasions: Considering that their reason for refusal isn't something serious or damaging, please write a well-worded, cordial letter to the processing office, challenging their reasons for refusal, and explaining your Purpose of Visit in line with a temporary stay, making them see you and your spouse's intention and plan to leave Canada at the end of his legally assigned stay in Canada. The only thing is, considering he/she has 6 months left in his study permit, I don't know if it's reasonable to mention his intentions to apply for a Postgraduate Work Permit.

Visitors Visa was approved this morning after sending a lengthy emotional message via email and webform and attached my enrollment letter and proof of address ystrday night..my husband’s visa was approved this morning
