Your agent is misleading you as far as the polish embassy is concerned statement of account is useless
You either use payslip or credit card limit certificate
So you should make enquires on that and ask questions

Try to prepare yourself for the interview/test
Try to prepare the means of POF

Yes. In fact during the course of applying for draw you get 2 emails (one with a link to continue with fill-in and another confirmation of being registered successfully).

Don’t bother yourself with the schedules on the site. It happens every weekend.
