Ligogu: why do you want to move away from ukraine i plan on coming over next year .... can you be honest with me ? |
Re: Polish Student Visa by Ligogu: 9:57am On Sep 25, 2019 |
I didn't plan to come to Ukraine and study, i used it as a route to get to Poland and study. Because Poland visa is very difficult in Nigeria. Here is very hard only jobs available here in Kiev is call center and very stressful physically and emotionally you can easily be sacked any fucking time |

For those seeking appointments, send email to embassy with your admission letter. |
Re: Polish Student Visa by webtouch: 3:51pm On Sep 25, 2019 |
The embassy is not responding to emails. I sent an email and no response, some other people have sent as well without a response, in fact, someone told me the automatic response he got stated that the embassy said they would not response to whatever info that is on their website. Re: Polish Student Visa by webtouch: 9:31am On Sep 26, 2019 |
We are in the same situation. Just write to your school to give you a letter that states you are permitted to resume late due to visa application. Go on the date the embassy has given you for your interview and pray for the best. olumitya7: |

Ligogu:if you are traveling to Poland don't expect to get a job there its not easy u might end up not finding one so I would advice you set out all the money u would need before making the trip don't go there hoping to find a job that can pay ur fees and take care of ur needs good luck. 1 Like |

wizzdy: Are u in Poland already and which city are u? Are u saying there are no Nigerian doing part time job there? Everything depends on luck and determination, bro stop discouraging people. Which country has job on ground for foreigners? Obviously no, but one has to work hard and with the favor of God on ones side there is nothing to fear. 1 Like |

bekeechidi:there are countries in Europe where u have higher chances of working and making a living as a student not Poland I'm not saying u can't find something to do! But the chances are extremely slim even the poles are leaving their country to Germany for work. Even if u find a job around Poland what's the pay like? There's a fast food in Katowice in need of a person who can make shawama at least can speak polish a bit with good English. U barely can pay ur rent with the pay not to talk of save up to pay tuition fees. Its the reality |
Re: Polish Student Visa by Ligogu: 10:01pm On Sep 28, 2019 |
wizzdy: Yeah bro i understand what you are saying. I was just making an enquiry regarding the city i am planning to go Poznan city. Though i am planning to hold some cash like $5000 for my first year excluding tuition fee and accomodation. I believe there is no jobs anywhere apart from menial jobs which are good for student. And during summer i can look seek for work permit to work in place like Germany or Sweden etc. Is true many pole have left for greener pastures, that makes Poland shot of manual labour. Please tell me which city you are in Poland |
Re: Polish Student Visa by Ligogu: 10:07pm On Sep 28, 2019 |
bekeechidi: I don't think the guy is living in Poland. Because i have a friend who study in lodz and he is working and earning up to $1000 monthly. I just wanna find out about my city Poznan because is very close to Germany. And i heard is a good city but i want to hear from a Nigerian living there to know the situation over there regarding student. I believe that everything is luck. Learning basic of polish will help alots in securing a job. |

Re: Polish Student Visa by wizzdy: 6:35am On Sep 29, 2019 |
Ligogu:if you have that much my brother then add $4500 to that $5000 u have gives u €8650 thats what u need for opening a blocked account in Germany u get to school for free and work as well. Language is much easier to learn and u very much would see mania job posted all over the corner u will be surprised how well u could earn. Everything there makes so much sense. But u can come and compare then u see what I'm telling u " Krakow" 1 Like |

wizzdy: That is Good. But the requirements for Germany suck. First they said i should provide my first year university transcript ( I want to apply for undergraduate program but where do they expect me to get my first year university transcript from?) and i should have basic knowledge of German language. Not only that they said life is very expensive over there. You can earn big money as a student but you end of spending it because of the higher standard of living there. In German i believe someone cannot live with 100 eur monthly. But in Poland is very possible student living in University hostel can live with 100 eur monthly. What i like most is student can travel to other eu countries to work during summer. Please i may be wrong give us more insight |
Re: Polish Student Visa by Ligogu: 10:59am On Sep 29, 2019 |
kennynelcon: This things is very confusing me, i asked someone in Poland, and he said no job for student he advised me to go to Germany that there are jobs there, then i went to German nairaland thread to ask and they telling me that no jobs there and is difficult to get jobs there in Germany as a student. Me i am really confused. Please tell me the countries that has jobs |
Re: Polish Student Visa by wizzdy: 1:05pm On Sep 29, 2019 |
Ligogu:gaining admission to study in Germany is actually easy because you can start with a language school for like six months by the time u are done u can apply to schools directly u hardly would not be accepted. Its very difficult to get a paid job in Germany with a student permit from Poland most people would tell u ur permit is not for Germany what u are allowed to do freely is stay as tourist in other countries for 90days then u return. Unless u know someone directly who has a job for u which doesn't require u to be paid through account that's when u can say it's easier. When u deposit €8650 into the blocked account in Germany its assumed u would live on that even if u are not working. But sure u will get a job u can as well save up that money in 3-4months in Germany. But if u are married to a Pole and have a permit u can work anywhere in schengen freely . Poland is a poor country compared to Germany which pays child support almost more than what people living with families in Poland earn . I'm not condemning anyone but it's urs choice its understandable if u are starting up because the money isn't there but if u have it then the decision is yours! 1 Like |
