Your point is valid. However, the person isn’t a scammer.

I’m not trying to promote any agent (I’m a student myself) but with the stories I heard at the embassy, it’s close to impossible to get dates through e konsulat. Yet still, paying any agent is still not guarantee of getting appointments because they sometimes trick students with fake appointments and you won’t realize till the day of your appointment

My bank statement for six months. 8m and 9m respectively.

Please I will like to know of the money was deposited in the account( I mean 8m and 9m) or that was the gross income.
