The ideal candidate should be able to do the following:
- Design & implement information systems that optimize organizational efficiency
- Know how to conduct market research
- Be able to test new IT system designs & suggest solutions to fix design problems found
- Write reports describing findings

The following requirements are also essential:
- Relevant research experience required.
- Ability to think outside the box; think logically & analytically in problem solving environments.
