There is an interesting career for an Account/admin Officer in a Lagos based consulting firm.

• Candidates must have a full and detailed knowledge of all aspects of administration and general account.
• A member of CIPM or any relevant professional HR body/a member of ICAN or any relevant body. (An added advantage).
• Must have played a similar role.


Main duties
• Management of company Account and Administration
• Analysis and management of all staff
• Keep track and reports of all staff duties such as leave and formulate necessary disciplinary actions when directed.
• Supervise all duties that may be assigned to all junior staff
• Carry out payroll activities
• To make sure that employees adhere to all company rules and regulations
• Minutes of weekly meetings and as an acting personal assistant to the M.D
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• B.sc in accounting or any field
• Detailed knowledge in Mircosoft Office Suite(especially in Microsoft word and excel)
• 2-3 years experience playing a similar role
• Management and Project account Skill
• Candidate must be proactive and innovative
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to write detailed reports
