Not Cool. For those who might not know what Caesarean Section is, A Caesarean section(CS), is a surgical procedure in which one or more incisions are made through a mother's abdomen and uterus to deliver one or more babies. It is often performed when a vaginal delivery would put the baby's or mother's life or health at risk. It isn't fair when people mock someone who went through this. We should learn to put ourselves in other people's shoes, it'll only make the world better. 6 Likes 3 Shares

What did they do if they didn't give birth? Giving birth has nothing to do with how it is done. They birthed a baby simple. 3 Likes |

Truth be told, it's mostly women themselves responsible for stuff like this...that inherently competitive I-am-better-than-you nature makes a lot of women masters at shaming other women for the stupidest of things. Slut-shaming, Single-shaming, Fake b00b/fake azz-shaming, Skinny-shaming, etc. etc. The list goes on and on. 9 Likes |

Most of the time it's a woman that insults her fellow woman this way. What has a man got to do with the way a woman gives birth? 3 Likes |

People were killing other people all the time all over the world. People were using their motor car to kill with, they were carrying infectious diseases around, blowing microbes in other peoples faces, leaving gas jets turned on in kitchens, pumping out carbon monoxide in closed garages. How many people eg were involve in manufacturing of H-bomb, from the miners who mined uranium to the shareholders who owned the mining shares? Was there any person in the world who hasn't somehow, perhaps only statistically, involved in killing his neighbour ? Now, after surviving the tedious operations, only to face the verbal shrapnel that kills faster than the aforementioned. After the century-long perfection of these operation to curtail maternal and infant mortality and morbidity, some blood thirsty vampires feels their major way of taking people's life is being crushed and are crying out. See nonsense. A woman went through all the nine month pain and discomfort to carry her baby, and even if she chose c section by choice Even nobody has the right to say anything. As long as she and the baby is save, wetie concern people? c section is no minor surgery and recovery time Can be so painful. So either way, there's pain, there's no easy way out. And each and every mother needs to be respected. Infact if I like I will have an elective c section, it ain't anybody Goddamn business. When the big day comes, am going with what's best for me and my baby. 2 Likes |

it's usually women carrying the matter on their head like Funmi hair. Men ain't got time for that bullshit. I really don't blame those kinda women, when they just open their legs and get preggie immediately, give birth without hassle, they disconnect with reality. Thereby failing to understand the pain some people go through to take in, let alone to give birth. That's why they would sit somewhere and start calculating your life for you. Rubbish. If it's possible for me to even sneeze and the baby would come out. I will gladly opt for it. I have a cuz that was forming hebrew woman, lost her full term baby, just because she didn't wanna do CS. There is no easy way out of that motherhood ish, one way or the other_ the stress and pain must hit you. 4 Likes |

Humm...this post touch me. I give birth a week ago to my first baby, and CS was never an option I ever dreamt of, but after I had labour for hours,I had to be scanned n it showed my water was insufficient to have a natural birth. The doctors told me CS was my way out. I had to accept to save my life and my baby. Still nursing the cut and pains my mother in law look me in the eyes and insulted me that I was too lazy to push my baby out. She has been telling people and even to my face that I wasted her son's money on CS all because I couldn't push. she said I didn't labour. I am hurt by her words but I pray God have mercy on her. 10 Likes |

Na women on women things. Some just can't rest if they don't find something to feel better about. No man will mock a woman for having a child through CS. The only men I've seen do it are those conditioned to think there's something wrong with it by.....wait for it..... Women. And let's not even make it a general women's thing. It is a nigerian women's thing (not sure about other african countries). Sisters be walking around with bags of low self esteem making their shoulders droop and only putting other women down can make them feel good about themselves. 2 Likes |

SMH. Well thank God you're healthy and your baby is healthy too. I know of three women who have died in mom's hospital because they refused the option of CS so that people won't laugh at them or say they are not real women who cannot push. What hurts me most in those cases is that the child normally dies too from distress. Some strangulate to death because the umbilical cord tied itself around their neck and mom insist on pushing, thereby killing her own baby by herself just to impress the world. On painful case had the baby choking on the mother's fluids and ingesting his own poop because she had been in labor for 3days yet refused CS while calling on God to help her deliver like the 'Hebrew women' . It is not funny. Of course he was born still. You're both fit. baby and mother. That's all that matters. Don't even respond to her taunts or show any signs that it affects you. Juzzybabe: |
