Even in the whole compound there is tick how do I get rid if the ticks and treat the dogs they don't look healthy @ all

U can go to the vet clinic and ask for a vaccine tat protects ur dogs from ticks & fleas...

I suggest getting a good vet to help you eliminate the ticks on your dogs or buy frontline spray or frontline plus pour on,cliatix spray from the vet or pet outlets if you're in Lagos I can direct you but also you need to fumigate your compound preferably done by a professional fumigator or one recommended by the vet plus your dogs probably need to be treated for tick fever so if you need information on vets I can suggest 3.

Ticks can not be dealt with in isolation; you need to deal with both the compound (acaricide fumigation) and the dogs' body (parasite control).
