I have always taught of opening a cybercafe after my youth service, but considering the high level of cafe's that has folded up due to poor systems, bad electricity and scarcity of fuel, it has made me changed my mind totally. What do you think? |

Every business has associated risks; it's a given. However, Cyber Cafes in today's Nigeria is a VERY tricky business. Alot of pple that go into it, do not understand what it takes to run a cyber cafe. Add the cost of having electricity there all the time, you might end up running a huge deficit. The emergence of wireless ISPs all over Nigeria has furthermore dampened the market. This does not mean that you cannot run a Cyber Cafe successfully in Nigeria, but just like any business, there are lots of factors to consider and be ready to invest alot to get some good returns. |
