Our client, a real estate firm is looking for a qualified Project Manager.

Requirement:

Must have a good degree in Civil or Building Enginering or any other related field.
must have at least 4-5 yers experience in project management.
Good knowledge of AUTO CAD designing and interpretation.

Specifications:

• Develop and administer project budgets and financial controls and quality control provisions.
• Represent the company in businesses with customers, consultants contractors and other public and or private organisations.
• Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations
• Drafting of structural design details using AUTO CAD Packages
• Quantities and pricing of project cost estimation
• Project financial management
• Arranging for and making presentation during contractor/clients meetings
• Application of relevant HSE policies on site for accident free oper
