Police don't have right to shot. But arrest then investigate. Except they were apprehended then had to self defence. Which will surely be their story. The police are crooks in cooking up stories. I this k the FG should care for them then place huge sanctions on then. Then they will have no cause to be pitied.

was robbed by some tout in my area . dat should be around 2005 . i reported it to the police ooo .
i was still very young then , they raided the place caught the the guy , when i was writing the report the police men asked me how much was stolen and i told him 3k , he gave me a dirty slap and told me to write 10k . i wrote 10k then , i was told they would call me . they never called me until today 2015 , 10yrs ago . the tout was released and he threatened me for some time ... could not walk pass that area for months .

Eyah. Mine was 7k n d police said I shld write 150k.
