The SA president, Jacob Zuma, has signed a bill that will make persons tested positive for HIV to be marked in genitals in a bid to control the spread of the virus in the country. The mark was said to be inform of a tattoo so that people who are sex crazy can easily see in between the legs as a measure of control. What a welcome development. The Punch April 30th 2015 |
