I met a pretty lady on my way from Edo ( I went to see a friend) and got her details, this was a week b4 vals day. I promised I was going to check on her later ( she stayed with her Aunty in Ikeja). Within that period to vals day I kept calling her and we finally agreed that we will go out on vals day. Now on vals day I was set to go out, when NEPA (then) came to where I live and ask for the bills ( I was the only one at home). Meanwhile we had this crazy bill we were still trying to sort out, by the time I showed it to them, they were like they will disconnect us from the mains and Popsy must not hear this since I shud have sorted out the bill b4 then. That was how we kept dragging the whole issue till it was disconnected (all this while my phone was inside and she had been calling). I kept pleading with the staff (with egunje) they didnt take it until they went to their office, I had to call someone who was able to go there with me, then we arranged for it to be connected, by then time has far been spent. I called the lady and she didnt pick up her phone. I now decided to go the next day only to be told she had travelled back to Delta ( I didnt beleive cos she said she wud spend 1month). That was how I lost her because of NEPA. Do you have any bad experience or memories you wud like to share.
