GF didn't stop seeing peter after meeting paul so she consciously prefers peter and is obviously seeing paul for the money.

I would advice her to marry Peter because he is the man she understands. He has a great personality compared to paul. He may drink and smoke but unless he is a drunkard I see no problem at least he is genuine because he has introduced her to his family and since she ain't no virgin quit this bs about sex before marriage because Paul sounds like he has something to hide.
