Nairalanders, which is your favourite type of curry powder? I 've been looking for a nice one (with respect to color, flavour etc) especially when i make fried rice. Pls let me know your opinion |

i think my green curry powder is the best. the leaves 4rm my garden+nutmeg+ ginger+garlic+smoky pepper+salt and a nut i don't really know the name. its delicious in any meal. i wish i can market it. but in the market i prefer ducrus curry |
