Once you've passed the stage 4 of PushCV assessment and update your profile then you'll start receiving Job alerts and updates on ur dashboard that matches the profile you delivered to them #PushCV. From the look of things, this UBN graduate scheme is exclusively to PUSHCV cos I've not seen the advert on any job platforms. Sooo someone who graduated with 3.5 has high intelligence while someone who graduated with 3.45 probably because of missing scripts/bad luck has low intelligence right?? Please don't argue blindly!

Employers have right to decide how they want to recruit but the fact still remains that not all jobs should use grade as the only criteria!

But if you are recruiter, that you know even with the 2.1 pple are still much, what will be your bases for recruiting, recruiters do dis to reduce pple and you cant blame them, you know what my elder brother told me while I was in school ''i know you are smart but to prove that smartness to more pple you need to make 2.1 that's the reality in Nigeria"
Am not saying pple with 2.2 are not smart, there must be a standard for recruiting for different companies
