I doubt the two upper right side pictures are the same person as the two upper left side pictures.
The left pictured person, other than her luscious brown sugar radiance, do have pretty angular curvatures of lips, high cheeks bones and brow.
The yellow one on the right, looks round with thin lips. With no aesthetic angulations. Maybe the bottom yellow figure have some resemblance to the brown sugar on the left.
