This is not a new thing. It happened severally during my own time. The cause of this collapse is linked to dehydration. Hence, For those already in camp and those preparing for their POP. Ensure U take water regularly during the parade.

they don't do passing out in camps again. Every passing out corp member collects their certificate from their local govt. This new system started in my set .we vex gaaan

@op the nysc orientation camp in plateau state is at mangu local government which is about 2hours drive from jos. I know this cos I served in plateau state in 2010 and then the orientation camp was @ zang commercial school @ bukuru jos south local govt .but its been moved to mangu since 2012 or so.
And yeah plateau is quite cold at the thime of the year,I remember so many people collapsed during orientation then.
