But first he need to build new 50 world class prison in Nigerian, worth of 40 billion each. He can start with 6 in each of the 6 geo political zones.

Money can be generated from this prisons. First class prison, second class prison, third class prison and then the forth class prison before the normal free prison. First class prison is 10,000 a day, and second class 5,000 a day, third class 500 a day and forth class 100 a day, While Fifth class is free for all.

This will ensure no escape route for anyone to avoid jail or strict punishment. While the elite are in jail government can generate funds from the prison infrastructure. And also the maintaining of the prison infrastructure. As we all know our history of maintaining culture

The Nigeria police recruitment is faulty, criminals cannot investigate criminals, While the building of the prisons are on, a major police reform should be the key. A new policing and new law. Citizens should be enlighten of the law.
