Governor Akpabio has been made the v.c of the newly inaugurated University this was announced on the Thanksgiving of the University the school first had a nursery school then secondary and now University he joked about being the first ex, gov to be made a vice Chancellor like the ooni and emir.

Akwa ibom now has four universities and 5 polytechnics (I stand to be corrected on the latter)

There's a big wide difference between a vice chancellor and a pro chancellor. Mbok! Get your acts together
