Honestly, if the oil price comtinue to dwindle, governors won't be able to pay workers cos they rely mainly on the FG allocations. Most states don't generate dia own revenues.

Am not the one suffering from unpaid salaries the people of osun are.The fact that the rascals popularity is rising if it is true inspite of his inhumane government explains why fela sang suffering and smiling.The last governor that treated workers like trash in my state was kicked out and his carrer ended.He could not even win his parties nomination
