I think that 776 pages thread is down to the fact that it is Seun's own thread. This shredding of a thread is based on my experience in the Sports section where clubs thread are trimmed from time to time once it reaches 100 pages. Maybe Honsule will clarify the situation, but if the thread is left to continue running, that woulda been better.
