How come in africa where farmers on seasonal basis set fire to bushes for new farm season and with the poor fire safety procedures and facilities are able to curtail wild bush fire,while the so-called developed world like australia and california with all their health and safety fire guidelines and facilities can't?What are they doing wrong? |
