There were many blind and crippled people in the Bible during the time of Jesus's Christ, but only a few ones were healed by Him. There is nowhere in the Bible where God said a genuine prophet must heal every sick person in a nation.
You have the right to choose not to believe. God does not need the consent of your belief before He anoints a pastor to perform His miracles.
