It reads: “LETTER OF EXPULSION: You will recall that you appeared before the Students’ Disciplinary Committee (SDC) to defend yourself in respect of an allegation of misconduct levelled against you.

“After due consideration of all evidence before it, the Committee was convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that the allegation of misconduct has been established against you.

It has accordingly recommended to the Vice-Chancellor, who in exercise of the powers conferred on him, has directed that you AKANBI, Ayodeji Bolaji be expelled from the University.

“Accordingly, you are hereby expelled from the University with immediate effect.

“You are required to submit forthwith, all University properties in your custody including your Student Identity Card to the Dean of Student Affairs or his representative and keep off the Campus.

Bad news! I bet some of those guys would be attending lectures and collecting school fees from their parents till they graduate themselves and end up forging a certificate.

It is really dissatisfying that student have to be rusticated for misconduct and petty offenses, I think another punishment should be dished out to such students rather than expulsion. The only peoples that deserved to be rusticated are cultist.

See the kind course whey them dey read sef undecided

seriously speaking admittance of nothing more than 30 serious students into these depts is ok. it's high time our universities stop exploiting people by packing 200 students into each of these courses linguistics forestry wild-life botany education(the worst) zoology (and please don't tell me about GEJ His was just an exception not the norm)

In sane climes these courses are good but in nigeria 80% of those who study them do so out frustration or just to pose as 'campus guys' and of course they constitute a larger % of the nuisances found in our campuses
