Hello house, i need help on what i can use to cleanse/purify my blood.
I went to the hospital to donate blood for a family member in need, but to my surprise the nurse told me my blood was dirty and i needed to cleanse it, so am asking please anyone with suggestions on an effective blood cleansdr/purifier,as she said it was part of what was causing my acne as well

I google this and got safi blood purifier as a possible option, its an indian medicine i guess, any ideas on how to get it in nigeria?

Maybe she does not know how to tell you, she probably has found something nasty in your blood.
Go and have a blood test done. To encompass all the necessaries.

Why not discuss with the lab scientist on what he found in your blood while trying to find out if you were a suitable donor?
Better still, go to a general hospital and run tests like your PCV(blood level), HIV 1 &2, Hepatitis B & C.
