Very possible a friend of mine is 24 started her PHD last year. She graduated from a private University lol you never see anything..these days, you will find Graduates @17.

It is very possible, it is called PLANNING but not in NIGERIA as only the affluent can successfully plan their kids' academic life in Nigeria.
