We deliver ICT services to our clients cutting across both the private and public sectors. We require the services of a Business Development/Service delivery Manager.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Business Development/Service delivery Manager position is a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales and business development strategies of the organization. He will also be responsible for managing the services delivered to our clients, ensuring we are meeting our set KPIs and that of the clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company.
• Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
• Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
• Manage the end-to-end service delivery of our organization.
• Manage new opportunities business opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication between our company and clients.
• Work in close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
• Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
• Adhere to all Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
• Help manage cost and profitability of assigned , ongoing and future projects.
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
• A BSC/B.Eng degree, or HND (Upper credit) in Engineering , Accounting or any of the Physical sciences.
• Minimum three years working experience . Management experience an advantage
• A record of achievements in a similar or related role.
• PC proficiency, good knowledge of ICT, Self-motivated, Goal-getter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention for details.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Excellent numerate and accounting skills an advantage.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
The candidate is expected to visit client locations regularly and may have cause to travel outside Lagos to prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship building
