JOB TITLE: HR/OFFICE MANAGER
LOCATION: LAGOS (IKEJA)


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

HR/Office Manager is responsible for managing the administration and logistics activities in the office. He/she also takes responsibility to conduct tasks related to human resource. He/she will work closely with other staff to support operation functions of the office and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

KEY TASKS:
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
Responsible for handling office expenses and petty cash under the approval of the Head of Admin & Finance.
Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a smooth running of the office.
Responsible for the overall running of the office reception and security operation.
Make logistic arrangement including flights reservations, hotel and office vehicle arrangement for staffs, visitors/partners, volunteers and interns.
Conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings, workshops, productions and assets of the office.
Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and emails to staff in relation to the office operations.
Update the filling system and manage filing of office documents for both hard and electronic copies.

HUMAN RESOURCES TASKS-
Recommend and execute annual manpower development plan.
Recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules and regulations for employees.
Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.
Plan and facilitate HR activities - contract, recruitment, employee relations.
Develop job descriptions for current/new positions- Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list.
Assist the progress of job planning and performance management.
Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR & Admin functions.
Monitor and record employee time sheets and leave requests.
Provide support for procedures or papers relating to personnel or staffing issues.
Other related assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines.
Professional membership of CIPMN.
3 - 5 years experience in similar role
Skilled in Office Support Services, Purchasing & Procurement, Vendor Management, Office Administration, Employee Management etc.
