Objective: To monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the firm. Required to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems, either remotely, over the phone or face-to-face.

Job Responsibility:

• Installing and configuring computer systems;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Providing remote support for users.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
• Logging all calls reported to helpdesk and monitoring to ensure swift resolution of issues.
• Supporting the firm's business applications
• Setting up new users;
• Ensuring SLA’s with internal customers are met.
• Prioritizing and managing support issues and following up till issues are resolved.
• Liaising with third party suppliers and ensuring to give services with stipulated timelines.
• Testing and evaluating new technology

REQUIREMENT:
• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Relevant Microsoft or equivalent professional qualification. desirable
• At least at least 2 years relevant IT experience in a fast paced environment for Experienced Officer level and 1 year for Officer level
• Broad knowledge of current IT development and integration technologies and best practice.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Application development skills desirable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Server administration and networking skills desirable
