The out-going Deputy Speaker of Federal House of
Representative and the PDP governorship candidate in April 2015 general
elections in Imo State Emeka Ihedioha has file a petition at the
Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Owerri challenging the re-
election of Owelle Rochas Okorocha as a Governor of Imo State.
Ihedioha asks the court to declear him a winner or cancel the entire exercise
outrightly. but how can a tribunal declear somebody that won only 6 LGA out of 27 LGA in Imo State a winner? is this not a waste of time and resources at the end? what is your take?
