Buhari's case was a case of perjury. He claimed his certificate was with the Military and the Military showed us Buhari's file and the certificate wasn't there! Even the principal never said he had Buhari's certificate. What he showed us was a fake Statement of Result. I hope you know the difference between a Statement of Result and a Certificate? I could lecture you if you don't know.

And for your information, the plaintiff mustn't be the military. Afterall, in Abah's case, the plaintiff wasn't the alleged OND awarding institution.
