A Nairalander's Letter Of Commendation To Etisalat by Nobody: 5:14pm On May 20, 2015 |
Dear Etisalat, Re: Commendation - Etisalat The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend etisalat for the excellent services provided by the telecommunication company since it inception in Nigeria about seven years ago. In my opinion, the level of service rendered by etisalat has so far exceeded our expectations. I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case, I am very impressed by the service provided by etisalat and it small team of marketing and communications specialists that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. This company truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our country, the work that etisalat and her team has been doing should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by etisalat is it low call tariff and exceptional internet connectivity. It appears that it is simply the team's extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivated them to always go the extra mile. Their example has has so far had positive impact on the attitude and productivity of other telecommunication companies in Nigeria. In closing, I believe that etisalat and her team truly deserve to be rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of nigerians. Very sincerely, Peterson O.
