The nominees for the Barclays Player and Manager of the Season awards have been announced today, with Chelsea heavily represented.
Jose Mourinho, having led the Blues to the title, is one of five people in the running for the manager prize.
John Terry, Nemanja Matic, Cesc Fabregasand Eden Hazardhave all made the shortlist for the player award.
The winners will be announced tomorrow (Friday) morning.

One lucky fan voter will be chosen to present the winner with the award in person.
The voting deadline closes at midnight on Monday 25 May with the winner announced on Tuesday 26 May.
